Last updated: 31 October 2026

We take your privacy seriously, even if our music doesn't take anything seriously. This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit wolfwolfband.com, why, and what your rights are. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by a hosting provider in Switzerland. When you visit a page, the server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website and to keep it secure. Log files are deleted after a short period.

Fonts

Our fonts are delivered by Adobe Fonts (Adobe Inc., USA). To do so, your browser connects to Adobe's servers and transmits your IP address. Adobe states that it does not set cookies for this purpose. More: Adobe Fonts privacy.

Website statistics (Plausible)

We use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia, EU) to count visits. Plausible does not use cookies and does not store personal data or IP addresses; the statistics are aggregated and anonymous. More: Plausible data policy.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure the effect of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel sets cookies and transmits data about your visit (e.g. IP address, browser, pages visited) to Meta, where it may be linked to your Facebook or Instagram account. When you make a ticket reservation, we additionally send a reservation event to Meta via the Conversions API; your e-mail address and name are transmitted only in hashed (encrypted) form. Data may be transferred to the USA. You can manage ad settings in your Meta account and block cookies in your browser. More: Meta privacy policy.

Newsletter (Mailchimp)

Our newsletter, the Wolfletter, is sent via Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA). The sign-up pop-up is loaded from Mailchimp's servers. If you subscribe, your e-mail address and any other details you provide are stored by Mailchimp. Mailchimp measures whether newsletters are opened and which links are clicked. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every newsletter. More: Intuit / Mailchimp privacy statement.

Ticket reservations

If you reserve tickets, we process your first name, last name, e-mail address, the show and the number of tickets. We use this data only to handle your reservation and to send you a confirmation. It is stored on our server and sent to us by e-mail. We delete it when it is no longer needed for the reservation, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We never sell your data.

Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we use your message and your e-mail address only to answer you.

Embedded videos and music players

Some pages contain players from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.), Vimeo (Vimeo.com Inc., USA) and Spotify (Spotify AB, Sweden). When such a page loads, your browser connects to these providers, transmits your IP address and may receive cookies. If you are logged in with the provider, they can link your visit to your account. Please see the privacy policies of Google/YouTube, Vimeo and Spotify.

Concert dates (Bandsintown)

Our tour dates come from Bandsintown (Bandsintown LLC, USA). On the home page, the Bandsintown widget is loaded directly from Bandsintown's servers, which receive your IP address. On the concert map, our server fetches the dates from Bandsintown; your browser does not connect to Bandsintown unless you click a link to it. More: Bandsintown privacy policy.

Concert map (Esri)

The map on our concert map page uses map tiles from Esri (Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., USA), based on data from OpenStreetMap and other sources. To display them, your browser connects to Esri's servers and transmits your IP address and browser information. More: Esri privacy statement. The map software (Leaflet) is hosted on our own server.

Links to social media

We link to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, YouTube, Bandcamp and Bandsintown. These are plain links: no data is sent to these platforms until you click on them.

Data transfers abroad

Some of the providers mentioned above are located in the USA or process data there. Where there is no adequate level of data protection, transfers are based on the EU-U.S. / Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

Your rights

You have the right to know which data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a common format. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in Switzerland with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

We may update this policy when our website changes. The current version is always available on this page.
